I apply to become a member of Garda Lake Airfield S.S.D. a R.L. for the period indicated and I accept the Articles of Association and the membership rules. I acknowledge that admission is decided by the managing body and that the membership fee is charged only after admission.I declare that I have read and accepted the airfield Regulations and that I have read the Briefing Package. Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code I specifically approve the following articles of the Regulations: articles 1 (suspension of activity), 11 (liability and exclusion of custody), 12 (retention of the aircraft) and 13 (jurisdiction) of the Airfield regulations; articles 2 (operational limitations) and 3 (authorisation to use the runway) of the Flight operations regulations.I have read and accept the Terms and I acknowledge that, as the membership relates to a specific period of performance, under art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Membership fee EUR 10 + EUR 10 for each night of parking. The total is calculated from the selected dates: it is held now and charged only after the admission decision.
